In 2020 SBCA developed a set of minimum standards for Brown’s business and financial relationships. In late 2021 a formal proposal and revision were submitted to the Advisory Committee on University Resource Management:
In February 2022, SBCA members drafted a Concept Note outlining administrative models that Brown could adopt to identify and thereby preclude business and financial relationships with organizations that actively promote denial of climate science.
